Notes:
This card probably has the highest total input and output filtering capacitance of any RTX 4090. Unfortunately said capacitance comes almost exclusively in the form of through hole polymer capacitors which have a lot more ESL than the SMD polymers that you see on better RTX 4090 PCBs. So I wouldn't expect the voltage regulation on this card to be particularly impressive. As for current handling capacity. It's not the best but it could be a lot worse.
