I'm so happy to see more people with summer SAD. People always look at me in a weird way when I tell them about it (it's SAD...not exclusively winter depression). At some point, it's easy to gaslight yourself into thinking it must be made up. Could it be a neurodivergent thing, being more sensitive to heat and light and such?
