In-house notes (trackers, charts, spreadsheets)

I wanted to update you on a few projects I've been working on to automate some tasks and refine some processes, which will hopefully free up more time for me to engage in other activities, like creating more charts, in addition to tracking the upcoming shows.

AEW Full Gear 2023 has its own tracker (and has for days now) available here (look for the AEWFullGear2023 tab). It will run approximately three times a day for the time being. This is available for both tiers at the moment. In the future, I may change the URL and security of that sheet, but I will always alert you to these changes if they occur. I wanted to complete the process before altering access (and yes, the Standard Admission ($2) tier will retain access to it).

That sheet also includes trackers for Raw tonight and Dynamite on Wednesday. Currently, I can run one five-minute tracker without getting my account temporarily suspended by Ticketmaster. So, for the time being, you will see one show run at a higher frequency until that show is over (like Raw tonight), and then it will switch over to the next one (Dynamite on Wednesday).

For Platinum tier subscribers, I now have WrestleMania 40 being updated three times a day as well. There hasn't been much change with that show in the past several days and really for a while. Every now and then, you'll see a slight increase in available tickets, so I suspect they are releasing holds pretty slowly. I haven't figured that one out entirely, but I may start collecting exact section counts regularly and compare them to see what changes when it changes. But that's for another week.

Also, for Platinum tier subscribers, the spreadsheets you have access to for all of the shows I've tracked since 2021 will include charts on separate tabs for each show. In addition to that, I've updated the "2023" and "2019-2022" tabs to match each other (as I've made slight modifications to "2023" over the year, like including a column for Combo ticket availability). I've added all recent Pollstar numbers to the paid column as well. Hopefully, those will keep coming in, but they've been pretty infrequent lately.

That's about it. On average, there are about 50-75 shows to track in the future at all times (the number will soon go up since WWE is adding a bunch of shows to their calendar this week), which gives me 8-12 updates to do a day. I've stuck to this system for many weeks now, and I like how it's working out. Speaking of that, I need to get to today's updates. Hope you all enjoy the recent updates, and thank you for subscribing to this service. I've thought about where I want to go with collecting data on a show at a timed interval and have some ideas to explore. For one, I think it would be neat to see when we can track the complete lifecycle of a big show with high frequency. Another idea is eventually setting up all Ticketmaster shows to be updated every day on the Master spreadsheet, but there are some challenges to consider, mostly when a show has an update to its configuration/setup; it would need to be updated at that time as well, and that can't be done programmatically at the moment. Any input or feedback is appreciated. I've also tried to make the design of the trackers as mobile-friendly as I can while using Google Sheets.

I assume it’s gonna be generally impossible to get a royal rumble estimate with the mlb site?

Quick question, what time zone would the timestamps be in?
