As loyal as a subscriber may be, listening to their words is a completely different experience for you as the cartoonist compared to hearing it from others. The majority of your subscribers are not here to talk with other loyal fans; they're here to communicate with you, the cartoonist, and to see your comics. In my opinion, the conflict among subscribers is entirely the author's fault for neglecting Fanbox management. You don't want the water to stagnate and become a pond where only creatures that can live in putrid water remain, do you?"

I believe a cartoonist, even with a busy daily life, can check Fanbox a few times a day to look at the comments. You must see and be aware of the conflicts that arise between subscribers in the comments, right? So, why don't you try to mediate before the conflicts between subscribers deepen? Just saying something like, "I'll organize these opinions and write a post about it soon," would prevent the conflict from deepening until who-knows-when on a Sunday evening, whether it's this week, next week, or the week after, when you might finally appear. Or, are you just spectating in front of your computer screen, thinking, "Good, good, well done. I'll appear between 11 PM and 12 AM on Sunday night to end the war," while your loyalists, who know your past statements and tendencies inside and out, step in and give verbose replies and refutations, taking the troublesome burden off your hands?
