ποΈ Midway through the afternoon yesterday, seats in the second tier dropped off the map completely. I assumed most ticket holders would be moved down to the lower bowl, but much of the camera-visible side of the second tier was still occupied (though not fully in every section). I also wondered about the hard cam placement, since the majority of tickets had been sold in Sections O and N; the typical hard cam area. It was set up on the concourse between the lower and upper tiers, which makes sense after seeing highlights that showed the camera positioned slightly higher than usual.
It was a really solid turnout and number for the company in a market that wants wrestling. Jason in the Patreon chat (who also attended) noted that TNA is on a major cable network in Canada: βThey replaced WWE on Sportsnet, equivalent to TSN, which is what AEW is on.β Even though fans were seated in the second tier on the camera-visible side, the company still opted to keep that area darker.
One other note: while tracking ticket availability across both maps, I noticed that duplicate sales occurred for the combo seats and individual night seats, which led to some fans being relocated. TNA runs another show at this venue tonight, with 643 tickets currently available. The cheapest ticket is priced at CA $75.95.
