Hi there,
The Android app issue should be resolved when the patron updates their app again. They can confirm that they are using the most current app version by checking out their Google Play store.
If the patrons are unable to update their app, I suggest directing them to use the mobile website for now as we've received reports that videos are playable on browsers.

Folks, we are still corresponding with Patreon and have submitted bug reports regarding video playback on their app. For the time being please use a web browser to log into Patreon until they resolve the video playback issue. We can confirm video playback is working on Android devices using google chrome browser.
So for those who haven't been able to see the videos, please use this method to access them. I would also request partial refunds from Patreon since they didn't test their product before updating so you have not been able to view the video sessions.
