Added secondary fallback if AI VSC speed limit fails. (Should fix rare cases where some users experienced AI not slowing under VSC.)
Misc code tidying efficiency improvements.
Improved namings in the app. (No longer says Yellow Flag when we mean Virtual Safety Car)
