Plagg the Kwami Shimeji

Basic Plagg: DONE
Glaciar Plagg: DONE (but I may add/convert one related to Ice, gotta check the show)
Aqua Plagg: 0/14 (will do the base frame soon, but you can check his design here!)
There should be like 6 more forms in the future but they are still unknown :3 the three known forms right now are those 3, so I will do those 3 and do the new ones whenever they are released!
