HONEY BAR MEDIA IS LOOKING FOR A REMOTE CONVERSION COPYWRITER.

Do you love converting traffic, leads, and sales with words? We’re looking for a rock star Copywriter to join our Team! The goal of this role is to help us connect with and convert our audience, by writing all of our copy in our brand voice.

RESULTS (EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS)

Craft and edit storylines for promotional campaigns
Collaborate with all functions of marketing to develop a variety of marketing materials
Manage multiple projects with short deadlines
Produce error-free copy that adheres to company style guidelines
Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
Continually optimize headlines and split test copy to improve the performance of marketing initiatives
Write in our brand voice

REQUIREMENTS (EXPECTED PROFICIENCIES)

You’re funny
You’re great at connecting with people instantly
Experience and proven track record of direct response copy and witty grammar
Solid understanding of the Community Influencer™ culture
Solid understanding of basic sales funnel strategy
Strong motivation and enthusiasm to do a job well-done
Ability to evaluate, make decisions and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
You understand and pick up technology basics quickly
You’re an effective communicator, especially in writing
Your grammar and writing skills are top-notch
You’re extremely tech savvy

You’re an expert in online marketing
You have experience on a remote team in a startup or tech environment
You’re creative and can write on-brand

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
