I am looking for someone to help me create 13-15 short format scripts for an episodic show. I have the story arc mostly developed and have the quick premise for each episode drawn up and need someone to develop the dialogue and details with me and then to prepare the first draft of each episode. The episodes are all to be under 10 minutes in length.
The story is a gritty, disturbing drama and I will want to see a sample of some script writing from potential candidates along with a writing resume. Previous experience in professional script writing is not a requirement, but an understanding of how to format a script is key. I will be focusing 90% on the sample work presented for consideration.
The work will involve a few online meetings to discuss the overall story and then short meetings to discuss each episode. From there, I will provide my notes and then the you will draft a script for that episode. One revision per episode will be expected as a part of the contract for payment. I will retain ownership of all content with you receiving one or more of the following credits: Written by; Co-Written by; Story by (shared with me in all instances).
