Writer wanted for sci-fi video game | 8 to 12 cents per word

I am looking for a writer for a video-game I am planning to develop. It is in a very early stage (mostly just ideas and toying around to make some PoCs).
I'm looking for someone who can incorporate some disjointed ideas and add his own personal input to the story.
As of now it's only a hobby project and I don't expect to make money off of it, and I also have a full time job, so the frequency of commissions would vary week to week (or month to month), but I'm planning to work on and off on this for the next year or more.
Type of game: Turn based strategy with RPG elements (similar to Final Fantasy Tactics or the Fire Emblem series).
A writer that can handle branching stories (and preferably has experience on it) would be preferred.
Type of content to be written: Lore, dialogue, storyboard, character bios, etc.
Rate: 8 to 12 cents per word (depending on the writer).
If you're interested please provide some samples of previous work, preferably not too long, related to sci fi.
1. Describing some piece of technology or how something works (I personally hate low quality technobabble so this is an important point of consideration).
2. Some character interactions / dialogue.
