Remote Content Marketing / SEO Manager wanted (CA/CO) | $80,000 to $130,000 per year

Formilla.com  is a leading cloud software company which offers sales, marketing, and  customer support software to over 12,000 businesses worldwide. Our  platform helps businesses increase sales, improve online support, and  automate customer messaging using a powerful combination of Live Chat,  Email, and In-App messaging.

We are looking for a  hands-on content marketing manager to join our team with a proven track  record in the B2B space. Your number one priority will be inbound lead  generation via content marketing. If you’re a creative writer with  expert-level SEO experience and the results to back it up, we want to  hear from you!

This is a fully remote position, although you must be a resident of California or Colorado to apply.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a content strategy to support the consistent production of  industry-leading content including blog posts, ebooks, research reports,  videos, and more.
• Write, edit, and publish content to the Formilla blog regularly in accordance with a defined content calendar.
• Identify and assertively pursue link-building opportunities to improve Formilla’s backlink profile for new and existing content.
• Research and identify high-value keyword opportunities to target  with new and existing content as you improve Formilla’s SEO standing.
• Routinely monitor competitive landscape along with industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with industry thought-leaders to build long-standing  relationships and identify opportunities with content contribution,  share-ability, and link-building.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B industry.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, business administration, or a similar field.
• You’re a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for writing.
• You have expert-level SEO skills with a proven track record you can’t wait to share.
• You’re motivated and hungry; you love to win.
• You have in-depth experience with SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

• Base Salary (commensurate with experience): $80,000 to $125,000
