I’m a senior editor covering wellness—including self-care, mental health, pregnancy and women’s equality in sports. I’m not commissioning a ton right now but I do have the occasional assignment! Always open to pitches.
Our rates vary based on the vertical and type of assignment but the pieces I assign typically start around $200 for short, straightforward essays and increase to around $400 for pieces with more reporting.
