Copywriters wanted for overflow work | 12 to 20 cents per word

I've been writing copy for a while now, and have built up a decent set of clients. The reality is that I'm at a point where I'm having a hard time balancing my regular day job and writing for said clients...I need some help.
On that note...I'm looking for 1-3 copywriters to help me out. Currently, I'm doing all kinds of copy for my clients in various niches (email, sales letters, ads, webinars, etc.).
If you have experience in multiple areas...great! If you specialize in 1-2 things...that's great as well.(which is why I might hire more than 1 person to help - you don't have to have experience in multiple types of copy). Would likely be around 1-2 pieces of copy per week, but that may change as client need(s) change. We'll work together on exactly what is needed per project..I'll be reviewing each piece written.
Pay will be 0.12 - 0.20 per word (will vary based on the project). Payment will be preferably through PayPal, but I can make other online methods work if needed.
