Writer wanted for technical audience (worldwide) | 15++ cents per word

We are looking for a writer that can write content for a technical audience, mostly with the subject of web development.
Here are the following topics:
- Frontend: Vue.js (+Vuex), React (+ Redux), Angular
- Backend:
- PHP: Laravel, WordPress, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Slim, Drupal
- Python: Django, Flask, PyGUI, PyQt
- Node.js: Express.js
- Database: Mysql, Postgres, MongoDB
We would be looking for programming tutorials, news related to these topics, list of best practices, and more. We are also looking for someone who can adapt these same articles into video scripts.
We are willing to pay $0.15++/word. In this case expertise and high quality are a must, so we would rather pay for that quality. If you can write on these topics at a high level of competency, you can look forward to a long-term engagement to write long-form content for us regularly!
