I'm looking for pitches on culture and current events from writers of color. Of particular interest are the ongoing protests and racial injustice in the US. It really varies as far as pay, but generally starts at $200-$300 for a 400-word news story. Bigger reported pieces, first person essays, etc. often garner higher rates.
