Pitches wanted (science, climate, tech) | 50 cents to $2 per word

Science editor here. I edit tech stories but there's definitely room for overlap with climate science. Love working with new writers and would be happy to connect.
I edit a print tech column and I'm open to pitches, as long as they're on relatively evergreen topics (right now I have columns scheduled for the next three issues or so, but it's never too early to start discussing ideas with new writers!) Our print rates are $1-$2 per word, depending on experience, and web rates are $.50 per word. Attached is the pitch guide that details what I'm looking for as well as what we're looking for in other parts of the magazine/online.
