We are a new independent daily news website devoted to coverage of “all things privacy.”
We believe in “informing you without watching you.” We now have 13,000 Twitter followers.
We are seeking Washington-based freelance writers to cover privacy issues on Capitol Hill.
Privacy continues to be a major issue in Congress, as both parties have proposed legislation to protect citizens’ data privacy and huge technology companies have called on legislators to create laws governing facial recognition and other tech out of fears that it could be used for surveillance or for stirring social unrest.
These are paid freelance positions. Payment is $1 a word.
If interested, please take a read of the site and send a short cover letter, LinkedIn profile link or resume and three writing links.
