Personal essays, reflections, pitches from LGBT+ Writers wanted (worldwide) | £100 per piece

It's Pride season so I'm looking for more personal essays and reflections from LGBT+ writers around their lives, identities, and what Pride means to them.
COMPENSATION: We are able to offer £100 for any published piece, around the length of 750 words.
LOCATION: Doesn't matter, so long as the writer's telling a story which has some universality to it. If it's, say, about US healthcare or an explicitly US-y piece, it might be a bit tricker, but we don't only accept stuff from UK writers!
