Writer / Researcher wanted for 'to do' lists | 15+ cents per word

I'm looking to hire a writer to help me finish writing detailed (technical) todo lists. It's basic research, writing, and validating the work by getting feedback from experts.

As far as rate, I am flexible (and will pay at least $0.15 per word). However, I am looking to work based on flat fees.
There is a lot of this writing to be done; There are at least 5 more projects. I just really need help getting it finished (because it's hard doing it alone). I could even work with more than one writer (to get everything done quickly).
