Call for relationship essay pitches: I am looking for essays from parents about relationships— dating as a parent, building intimacy, thoughts on marriage/parenting in 2020, interesting personal experiences in these chaotic times.
Less sex for these (I have so many great sex essays/pieces already) and more heart and brain and feelings. Rates start at $100 for these. (And I need to emphasize the parenting POV here because I keep getting pitches that are too young/not the SK demo.)
I hate being that guy, but my inbox cannot take the influx of responses that aren't a fit right now. So read the site, be clear that your POV will be interesting and relevant to our 30-40 parents demographic and then pitch me.
This is evergreen advice for pitching just about any editor: read the site, search the site name and keywords to make sure the same thing hasn't already been published and have a specific angle/maybe a proposed headline.
