Remote Senior Copywriter wanted for real estate social media marketing agency | $60,000 to $100,000 per year

We are a busy real estate social media marketing agency that is growing. We are seeking a candidate that loves real estate and social media. The Senior Copywriter works with the Marketing Director and Creative Director to develop creative concepts and write copy for multiple client accounts across channels - primarily social media (Instagram & Facebook), Company emails, and website.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write copy and develop creative concepts for Real Estate agent social media marketing campaigns including marketing new listings, showcasing agent/team brand, local highlights, and real estate & home trends.
• Write copy and develop creative concepts for Real Estate email newsletters
• Write copy for the company website, client-facing email blasts, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and graphic design to concept social media content plans for in-feed posts and stories
• Work on creative marketing initiatives and projects as needed; pitch ideas about new real estate and interior design trends that relate to real estate agents and their target sphere

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 2+ years editorial experience writing for a brand or lifestyle publication. Real Estate and Interior Design-focused work is a plus.
• When it comes to words, you’re a clever wordsmith and storyteller, adept at prompting direct engagement and shifting writing style for each account as necessary.
• A strong understanding of Real Estate language and selling points, United States geography and nuances, and selling points
• Familiar with various social media platforms and nuances
• You’re organized, brimming with ideas, and digitally-oriented
• You’re a team player, solution-oriented, masterful at remaining calm in a fast-paced environment, and adept at juggling multiple projects at once
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a creative or marketing field
