Tech Writer wanted for African-American blog | $150-$350 for short ebook

We are looking for an amazing tech content writer to create articles for an upcoming short Ebook we are working on. Our target audience is black/African-American. The preferred candidate has relevant experience in tech, preferably someone who works in the technology industry and is also an amazing writer. You have written blogs/articles on tech that relates to the black community and know how to apply new concepts to any given project.
The Ebook is a short 5-7 page Ebook. We'll be making use of tables, charts and infographics. You'll be working on 3-4 of the 5-7 pages. We already have an outline so most of what you'll be doing is creating the article.
Compensation is $150 for 3 pages. If we decide to use your services for the entire book after the first 3 pages, we will pay $300 - $350. Note that the pages are also not very lengthy in words.
