What is a little known fact or interpretation of a piece of history that totally changes our commonly accepted version of events?
This can be about something small and personal or something large and historic. However you interpret the question is of interest to us. Please email your pitches (not completed essays) telling us a little bit about yourself and your idea by July 3. Length for the final piece is 1,000 words and pays $100. We will be accepting up to seven pitches. Final deadline for the finished piece is July 20th.
