Writer wanted for medical marijuana site | $400 per piece

We are seeking a freelancer to research data re: elections, criminal justice, economics. Can be based anywhere. Also seeking a Florida writer familiar with medical marijuana there, or eager to learn.
Our story fees depend on the scope of the piece but generally our standard rate for an original news article is around $400. When the work is research/reporting only, I work with the writer to make sure their time and labor is properly compensated.
