The Winter 2020 issue is called "All Together Now" and will focus on collaboration and community in roots music.
I WANT to share more diverse voices — in terms of the music we cover and the folks who tell those stories. I want to highlight underreported issues that deserve attention. I want to help you with the dream stories you want to tell that haven't yet found the right home.
However, YOU MUST have experience with long-form (1-5k word), multi-source reporting. You must to be able to file clean copy and hit deadlines. You must work *collaboratively* (not combatively) with an editor AND a copy editor for the sake of the story.
