COMPENSATION: Typically £150 for a feature that's 1000-1500 words. Sometimes it's less, on rare occasions it's more—it all depends on what it is and how much work is needed. We take pitches from writers anywhere in the world, but my budget is in GBP so that's how I deal with everything.
