We’re always looking for feature pitches for our bi-monthly magazine. Stories from the Global South particularly welcome. Make sure you check out these tips then get in touch.
Our rates for shorter pieces are 25 pounds per 100 words. However if we commission longer pieces (over 1,500 words) that figure drops somewhat according to the agreed length, otherwise our budgets would be blown.
We do request potential contributors to familiarize themselves with our magazine and ethos by reading articles on our website before pitching, so they have some idea of the kinds of material we publish.
