Writers wanted for financial websites (US/CAN) | 8 to 30 cents per word

I'm looking to recruit freelance writers for financial websites that my organization will be developing in both Canada & the United States. The content managers responsible for this project have an extensive background in SEO, which means we'll be producing detailed content briefs that will make your life easier when it comes to turning projects around. In terms of the scope of the work, we will have the following requirements:

Web Content - Initial Project + Monthly Work: category-page web content in the following niches: Mortgages, Insurance (Auto, Home, Life, Health, Medicare), Credit Cards, Loans, Investing, and Banking. Rates: $0.15/word+. These are high-level pages that will require expertise & minimal editing on our part. Considering these pages will contain relevant financial information and require an extensive amount of research, I'm putting a minimum rate of $0.15. I'm willing to pay up to $0.25-$0.30/word for writers with a strong background in the financial space. If you feel that technical writers deserve a higher rate for this type of work, please reach out to me & we can discuss.

Monthly Blogs: ~25 blogs per month focusing on (1) long-tail search queries relating to the categories above, (2) financial advice for Canadians & Americans (separate websites), (3) general ways to earn/save money. Think of /r/personalfinancecanada OR sites like NerdWallet.com, HowToSaveMoney.ca, etc. Rates: $0.08-$0.12/word. Our blog and resource center will become a high-volume content vehicle requiring a consistent and strategic output. As with the high-level web pages, we'll provide content briefs, although they will nearly not be as detailed to let your creativity flourish.

Note that this is my first attempt at hiring freelancers via Reddit. I would very much prefer to work with writers directly rather than going through content platforms that will take a cut of the money you should earn.
