Writer wanted for video game story | 10-15+ cents per word

I'm currently in the very early process of game development and I'm gathering early music, story, VA, and art for some early pitches I'm delivering.
I currently have a very basic framework of what the story should look like, but other than that I'm very flexible. Looking for someone to help flesh it out and make it engaging.
I'm very flexible on payments depending anywhere from $0.10/15 to higher or even per project. I'm new to this field so unsure on the correct rate. Please let me know what you've worked on or some samples. Video game/tabletop knowledge much preferred.
