We are looking for ambitious, news-breaking, and conversation-starting narrative features and investigations from the best and most deeply embedded reporters around the world. American reporters are encouraged to pitch as well. These stories can touch on issues, people, and companies within the U.S., but must have an international component. Of particular interest are stories that overlap with our core coverage areas: extremism, nationalism, climate change, inequality, drugs, and sex. Pay for reported pieces starts at minimum of 50 cents a word and is negotiable.
