I'm looking for pitches for Latinx Heritage Month. We pay (starting at $150). Please send pitches and questions.
Please do not pitch me for this specific opportunity if you do not identify as Latinx/Hispanic. Your pitches do NOT have to centered around your identity. I am primarily looking for feature stories, opinion pieces, and personal essays.
We do not publish book reviews. I am interested in issues affecting the book world, and yes—this includes librarians, educators, and booksellers. It doesn't have to be focused on just books. It can be about the publishing industry as a whole, too.
You are absolutely welcome to pitch me for this if you are multiply-marginalized, at the intersection of identities, and/or biracial/multiracial.
And we also do not publish book lists, so no need to pitch me "X number of great Latinx titles" or similar. Save yourself the time.
