Pitches wanted (current issues, op-eds) | $400-$500 per piece

Starting this week, I’m working part-time with the opinion team to source and edit thoughtful, relevant op-eds. Pitch me your ideas.
Pieces are typically 600-1200 words and start at $400-500. A few things I’m interested in: overlooked and underrepresented perspectives on current issues, future of media takes and opinions from young writers.
Pitches should have broad appeal, be backed up with strong evidence, and offer something new to the conversation.
