Writer wanted for tabletop game | 10+ cents per word

We are looking for a writer to assist in expanding on an established setting starting at 10¢/word but higher as needed. Here is what is needed from you to get a reply.
- a link to a short story, preferably science fiction
- the ability to sign an NDA
- ability to speak over voice chat for meetings
- if you have worked on an RPG or a tabletop wargame let me know!
We have an established setting and a framework of narrative established but want to improve and expand on it in order to make a fulfilling rulebook and a better game. The game is science fiction based on an original property. If you have experience writing science fiction that is a plus. The constrains of available page space are limited so being concise and establishing character(istics) and stakes quickly is of benefit.
The conflict circles are pretty well laid out and why backgrounds and motivations of the factions has been established we need characters and to balance the large amount of macro currently present by grounding it back to individuals affected and the real world consequences. I struggle mightily to reach 300 words.
If you have ever played any tabletop war games that is a huge plus. We will provide examples of work in the same genre and market space as needed.
