You have the opportunity to join our dynamic, heart-centered, and mission-driven team as a Copywriter - writing for our Life & Transformation division (personal development / life coaching) as well as our Coach Certification division.

As our Copywriter on our team, you are responsible for these strategic focuses:

Paid Ads: Create scroll-stopping, engaging copy for paid advertising campaigns that produce strong front-end metrics and lead to conversions that consistently exceed our ROAS goals.
Landing Pages: Craft compelling, congruent copy for landing pages to ensure the highest conversion rates possible while generating intentional conversions.
Video Specs: Produce specifications for cutting edge videos, that tell compelling stories and make seamless calls to action - to be used in our ads and social media, on pages and in emails.
Email Marketing: Create email marketing assets with high deliverability, open rates, and click through rates while maintaining low opt-out rates.
Sales Pages & VSLs: Design copy for sales pages and VSLs that produce stellar conversion rates and lead to strong sales results for all types of traffic coming to our sales pages.

You are a student of direct response! You continually study direct response copywriting and the copywriting greats to hone your skills.
You’re a storyteller - you have the ability to tell engaging and inspiring stories that capture your audience and move them emotionally while infusing these stories with direct response strategies to drive conversions.
You’re enthusiastically seeking a full time position and you are looking forward to dedicating your focus to that position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCIES:

3+ years experience writing copy in the personal development and/or life coaching industries.
3+ years experience writing direct response copy and a proven track record.
Access to high speed internet (capable of regular video conferencing), a dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom
Research Tools - Keyword Planner, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Facebook Insights, SEO tools, Amazon, YouTube, etc.

COMPENSATION:

60,000 - 65,000k Annually

This position is a full time, remote, salaried position. Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
