Looking for a Remote Freelance Writer for a real estate project (rewriting) | $500 project fee

I am looking for a ghostwriter for the national real estate exam that I am going to be publishing. I need someone to write 80 questions and answers for the test.

I will give you 400 questions from other practice tests so that you can re-write the 80 questions with original content. Since I will be selling this, it needs to be 100% original content.

This project sounds easy although it's going to take easily 15-25 hours to do it correctly and this would be great for someone with a real estate background.

If the project is done well I have 3 additional national real estate practice exams I need done for a total of 4.
