Website Copywriter wanted for agency | 15 cents per word

I'm looking for a writer to help develop a new service that a client is launching.
The gig is for a service page on the website (750 - 1000 words) and then an ad landing page (500-750 words) that is more sales-oriented regarding the topic of the newly created service page.
The pay rate is $0.15 USD a word.
I run a small agency based out of Dallas, TX, and looking to establish a long term relationship with a writer. That being said, I'd prefer an American writer who is willing to jump on a telephone call, if needed.
