Writer wanted for LGBT-themed comic script | up to 25 cents per word

I'm looking for a writer to help me pen a comic script with predominant LGBT characters and related themes, but all wrapped up in an action/supernatural horror based story. I have a basic concept, with a few key events, as well as some character notes and names, but the story is very much unwritten. I'm willing to pay up to $0.25 cents a word for what I need.
