Anderson Business Advisors is expanding its Marketing department to help us scale our marketing communication efforts and business growth. As one of our Marketing content writers, you will be responsible for executing top-notch content for sales landing pages, email communications, event automations cycles, lead magnet and sales funnels as well as fulfilling other copy needs ranging from eBooks to white papers, digital ads, organic social posts, marketing collateral, websites, blog posts, press releases, news articles, and more. You will do a lot of writing, editing, proofreading, and marketing automation within tight deadlines, so you must demonstrate exceptional project management skills, fast turnaround, and flexibility on a daily basis.

This position is open to remote work. Local Las Vegas candidates may opt to work at one of our three locations within the city. This is a full-time, salaried position. Candidate must be available to work Saturdays (1-2 times per month).

Salary: $47,000-$52,000/yr (based on experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL BE:

• Well-versed in and capable of drafting highly engaging and conversion-oriented direct response sales copy throughout the entire funnel
• Seamlessly adaptive and adept with different writing styles
• Able to handle diverse contexts for writing
• A minimum of one year of copywriting experience in a corporate environment
• Past experience or interest in law, finance, or real estate investing a plus
• HubSpot experience is a huge plus, previous experience with another marketing CRM software solution required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of the development, quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of assigned funnels
• Copy development for collateral and digital marketing materials
• Ensuring the accuracy of campaign materials with a high level of detail
• Adhering to consistent voice and brand across platforms and campaigns
• Collaboration with team members to produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials
• Accommodating extremely tight turnarounds and competing deadlines while maintaining quality

PERFORMANCE KPIS:

• Completes a minimum of one HubSpot Academy course per month (to include one certification course per quarter)
• Complete development of one new lead magnet per quarter
• Improves certain metrics including but not limited to open rate, CTR, lead to MQL/SQL rate, and ROAS
