Interior Design Writer wanted for furniture company | 10-15 cents per word

I am looking for a writer able to write premium interior design articles - lightly, richly and with flair. Depending on the effect, it could be a one time job or the beginning of a longer cooperation.
The article will be published on an official blog of a next-generation furniture company. Current topic: Mid-Century Modern Style. Despite the lightweight topic, I am looking for a writer with exceptional language skills - your article has to suit the brand's Big Idea, have a specific reader in mind and fit in nicely between our already existing articles. I provide a detailed briefing with all the headings/sections and a list of keywords to use already prepared (yes, the article has to be also SEO friendly, so any experience in SEO copywriting will be an extra plus - it's not necessary, though).
Depending on your experience, I am offering $0.15-0.17 per word, preferably to be delivered via PayPal. Optimal text length: 1100-1400 words.
