Real Estate Copywriter wanted | 15 cents per word

I am looking to hire someone who specializes in Commercial Real Estate copywriting. I have six webpages and a blog that will need to be consistently maintained. I am willing to pay $0.15 a word and have an ongoing relationship. The content must be SEO friendly, short and to the point (not super wordy) impactful and creative.
To apply please send me your work that you have done in the past for COMMERCIAL Real Estate. Please do not apply if you did work for RESIDENTIAL Real Estate only. The two are quite different.
I can send over screenshots of the website, so that you have a good idea of what you would be working on.
