Remote Senior UX Copywriter wanted | $50-$60 per hour

This person will be the primary contact for all copy & voice related activities across our post-purchase customer experience. Candidate should be comfortable writing UI copy across various digital channels including: mobile, web & wearables. Your day will be spent collaborating with stakeholders across regions, maintaining our copy matrix, updating style guides, define localization practices and procedure the content itself.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience crafting copy across various devices including: mobile, desktop, wearables & VUI's.
Experience with localization workflows and challenges of writing for a global audience
Ability to research, write, edit, maintain & proof a customer-facing copy
Master of consolidating the complex into easy to understand words or phrases
Develop & maintain a do's & don'ts terminology guide
Collaborate with product design, marketing, legal and business to ensure that content is accurate
Proactively troubleshoot customer experience issues
Participate in weekly product review sessions
Self-editing skills, with knowledge of AP, Chicago and/or MLA style

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5-7 years of UX/UI copywriter versed research, governance, maintenance & creation of content across a core product experience
Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or another related field

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience working for VR and AR technology
Experience and skills in writing for social media, SEM, SEO, landing pages, microsites, presentation slides, UX, UI, emails, videos, blogs, case studies and/or internal process documents.
