Ghostwriter wanted for beer reviews | 10 cents per word

I want to begin posting (mostly sour) beer reviews for a blog I own, and I am looking for a ghostwriter who is knowledgeable about craft beer.

The length of the posts are flexible, but I expect each review to be at minimum 250 words. I will expect to post at least once a week, maybe more. Payrate is $0.10/word, will pay via paypal.

While I regularly enjoy sour beers, I do not possess the knowledge or capacity to even call myself a true enthusiast. I need the post to follow a certain format like that of the BJCP scoresheet. Tidbits of interesting facts about the brewery/style to introduce the beer and fill the blanks if need be. Research is likely required.

I can provide you the bare-bone impressions of the beer with photos for visual descriptions after I've tasted them. I expect that your imagination fill in the blanks, since all I can spit out is "yeah, it's okay. tastes like peaches".

Tell me that this wild ale reminds you of honey from North Carolina Sourwood. As if each sip brings you closer to the mellifluous voice of the pretty red headed farm girl you once held hands with. Being florid at times and throwing lighthearted allegories are completely acceptable. Fun review is good.

I'd BS, but don't have enough knowledge about beers in the first place. I just consume them.

The intended effect is to sound like an amateur approaching expert. Serious sounding enough to breathe some fun and life into the reviews, with more structure and lithe than what the reviewers of untapped offer. But not serious enough to become a snob or a self-claimed expert. Casually being convincing that a beer is excellent/good/bad/horrible is the goal.
