We are looking for writers. We need more diversity among our writers. Looking for submissions from youth, people of color, indigenous people and more women writers.
We pay $200 per column. For now. Eventually we'd like to be able to pay writers starting at $400 and going up. Word limit is 750 and pieces should be broad enough to appeal to subscribing papers in 11 western states.
