We just wanted to let you know: We're OPEN for features submissions in 2021! Also: we're raising our rates. We can offer $150 for pieces in 2021. Check out our pitch page first, please. Pitch to sarah@ladyscience.com.
If you have an idea for a feature––if you have writing and publishing goals for 2021––now's the time to jump in. We love working with newer writers. We especially*encourage WOC writers, LGBTQ+ writers, and/or writers with disabilities to pitch us.
We know the world feels like a slow-motion nightmare right now. But it's also the perfect time to send us your ideas. Time period and topics open, as long as you engage with gender and the history/popular culture of science. Hope to see your pitches.
