SEO Website Content Writer wanted for flooring business | 10 cents per word

I have a project currently on hand for a client who is involved in timber flooring. The website has already been created, however, the content is really poor and non-existent right now. This needs to change as we need to start optimizing this website to see an improvement in SERPs.
Pay rate for this job is 10c per word. I have a few pages in mind that I would like content for but I am happy to discuss this further with the potential writer. There are 3 pages currently that need content, so we are looking at 1500 words immediately with a view for more.
Immediate work will total $150. I will pay 50% for the job upfront with the remaining on completion. Payments will be made via PayPal.
Ideally, I would love to work with someone who has knowledge of SEO and can recommend changes to the briefs I provide. There will be more projects in the future so having a good relationship with a writer and knowing I can trust them is super important for me!
