From November 1, I'll have a new hybrid role. In addition to supplying you with fatberg news, I'll also be a senior editor, which means I'm hungry for your pitches. Please check out our guidelines and get in touch.
Fees are typically $0.50/word U.S., with a couple exceptions (we tend to pay a flat rate for Q&As, for instance, and will compensate photographers for professional-quality images we can use to accompany the story).
We accept pitches all the time and review them as a group twice a week, so are glad to take a look any time folks want to send them over.
