Robin Healthcare is a startup based in Berkeley, CA, and Austin, TX, that uses a smart assistant placed in the clinic to streamline clinical documentation and administrative paperwork so that doctors can focus on patients.

Robin is looking for a copywriter to create engaging content that is disseminated across various channels. These channels include in-app content, UX writing, and marketing materials. A copywriter at Robin will produce error-free content and have the skills and attention-to-detail to edit their own work. The ability to balance many projects simultaneously and seamlessly contribute to multiple aspects of the company’s marketing and product mix. This content's primary audience is healthcare providers in mid-to large-size practice groups who are burned out on paperwork and electronic medical record data entry and their associated administrators who spend large portions of revenue on administrative documentation for insurance reimbursement. Through a smart assistant device, Robin automates much of a clinic’s practice workflow, from electronic patient intakes to clinical notes to billing insurance companies. A copywriter’s story-telling abilities should communicate the key benefits to Robin’s audience no matter the medium.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with product and design teams to create UX copy for the patient and provider-facing software and apps.
Responsible for content creation for sales and marketing purposes (slide decks, email campaigns, web content, etc.)
Work with founders and designers on content for investor and board materials.

REQUIREMENTS

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
At least mid-level professional experience in content strategy and copywriting
Relentlessly high-quality standards and extreme attention to detail
Critical thinker who works well with cross-functional teams
Powerful writing and editing skills
Ability to juggle many projects and consistently deliver results despite competing priorities and distractions
Ability to understand, adopt, and help grow Robin’s voice and style
Ability to translate complicated medical and technical information into plain English
Experience writing for patients, healthcare providers, and/or healthcare administrators is a major plus.
Experience writing for small business/enterprise customers is a major plus.
