Remote Direct-Response Copywriter wanted | $30-$50 per hour for the paid test

I'm looking for a creative copywriter to work full time with us at Pearmill. We help software companies and a handful of non-software brands find customers on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads using art and technology!

We're looking for anyone who has had experience with writing copy for ads for some or all of those channels. You have to be curious about the performance of the copy you write and get excited about figuring out why a specific ad worked better than the other to improve your work.

We'll happily get you to write copy for us as a test before we hire you, and we'll pay for the test ($30-50 / hour based on your experience)! The position is full time after you pass the test with amazing benefits (great insurance, plant budget, house cleaning, and profit-sharing).
