Sublime Media is looking for Instructional Designers with 5-7 years’ experience to join our team

ABOUT US: Sublime Media is the Creative Agency for Learning. For the past 20 years, we have offered a combination of instructional strategy, stunning design, and innovative technology to provide branded training solutions, marketing media, custom design, animation, and motion graphics to Fortune 500 companies.

ABOUT YOU: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer/ Writer, with the ability to successfully create and tell engaging stories. In this position, you will be working with clients, subject matter experts, and source materials to create compelling training materials for both instructor-led and online courses. Your strong writing, problem-solving, and collaboration skills will be crucial to your success in this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Advanced writing skills with strong attention to detail
Minimum of 5 years Instructional Design experience
Knowledge of the Instructional Designer role and desire to learn
Excellent client consulting and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and manage your time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills since you'll be working directly with Instructional Designers, Visual and Motion Designers, Project Managers, Developers, and Editors
Solid research skills and computer/technology literacy along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

This is a six-month temporary position with the potential to become a FTE. Hours worked will be dependent on project needs and assessed on a weekly basis but will range between 20-40 hours/week.
